No Tune of the Week this Monday. I'm just not up to it. We're getting closer and closer to completing bustawindow.com 2.0, and my brain is a bit of a blank.

I am including, however, a link to NASA's online "television station". It's pretty cool. You can watch anything from live footage of the Mars Lander to programs for kids that teach stuff very few adults know. Have fun!

In a time of dying leaves and cider

OK, not so here. I am so far away from the colored leaves falling as trees ready themselves for winter and the smell of leaves burning, apples and pumpkins being harvested and that snap to the air that makes everything seem unreal in some way.

I miss Autumn.

I am in a state that is entirely too warm for this time of year. I believe it was 86 degrees when I was on my way to work this morning.

BAHH!

Hubby is heading up to Beantown for a quick business trip and has agreed to take pix of the trees for me.

Hopefully it is not too late!

Well, it's Monday.

And I have to go to work.
Tomorrow is the big opening day.

And November 1st is the Grand Opening.

I bought chocolate for our office.
Because every office needs a chocolate supply.

I have to try eating better. I've been feeling half nauseous for the past 3 days after I eat.
Yesterday I almost puked after eating a tiny sliver of brownies.
This morning my stomach hates me... but I know it's because I ate birthday party food last night.

The Cowboys lost last night and I was the one that had to tell Justin.
All his teams lost this week and he had a good bet going on this one.
Romo is sucktastic this year. Well, if last night is any indication of how he's *been* playing that is.

Umm...
Hmm...

Oh, last night, I dreamt about Eric. We decided that I was just going to pretend to be someone else and we were going to try to be... whatever we were before Brandy.

My brain is stupid. It really is.
At least this one didn't leave me feeling desperate as I woke up though.

My eyes feel dry and I think I should have bought that Red Bull yesterday.
Or maybe I should just start sleeping more.

I don't know when I'm going to do school work this week.

Aishah Humairah

Yesterday (Sunday) We planned to visit the newborn of a lovely looking couple whom I find very humble and nice.Their daughter Aishah Humairah was born on the 22nd Oct 2008. I asked the proud mum what does Aishah Humairah means ( though I do know that it's a nickname given by Rasulullah s.a.w to his beloved wife Aishah but I do not know the meaning of it) and she told me it means Aishah the red cheek. Awww and boy was Aishah cute. She's definitely daddy's lil girl!

And I asked the proud father to show me his leech farm. Zahed and Joe(proud father) are officemates and I think Joe is his closest friend in the office cum his table tennis mate.

Toilet girlfriend man feeling flush

Things were looking down for Kory McFadden at the beginning of the year, as the world discovered that his girlfriend had been sitting on the toilet for the past two years – so long that she'd become physically stuck to the seat.

But now things have improved, as the 37-year-old Kansan has won £20,000 on his state lottery – for the second time this year.

The toilet issue came to light in February, when McFadden called authorities to report that his girlfriend, Pam Babcock, had been in the bathroom for two years.
Officials found her physically attached to the lavatory seat, which had become stuck to open sores on her body. The toilet seat was only removed once she was taken to hospital.

In July, McFadden was given six months probation after pleading no contest to charges of misdemeanor mistreatment of a dependent adult.

But on Monday, McFadden won the Kansas state lottery in Great Bend – the second time this year that he's won it.

Open House

During the month of Syawal, Muslims in Malaysia would organize a small gathering in their house and they would invite friends and family to join them for a feast. So we went to one of our uni friend's place in Taman Maluri last Saturday. Zahed's reserved army friends would be tehre so he was all excited since we havent seen all of them since last year.

Entre Toi et Moi

Madame la voyante m’a dit que tu étais mon Ange Gardien et il n’y a pas qu’elle d’ailleurs.
Un Ange Gardien s’est censé aider, arranger les choses ,pourquoi c’est le bordel chez moi ?!
Permets moi de te dire que tu ne joues pas bien ton rôle ou bien c’est une sorte de vengance ?! Ok, ok, je n’ai rien dis, mais mince tu pourrais essayer que mes sentiments amoureux soient plus claires, simples, moins compliqués. Et si j’aimais la bonne personne ça serait pas mal aussi.
Je pense toujours à Brad et je rêve même de lui ! Rêver de lui !!! C’est dingue ! Ca ne m’arrive jamais ce genre de rêve, en plus, c’était pas un rêve avec un Happy End, non il me présentait sa « pouffe » (oui, rooo se sont toutes des pouffes celles qui me remplacent, tu sais bien :p)
J’uis sure que tu en fais exprés car il a des similitudes avec toi. Mais en mieux :p
Alors voilà, j’ai faibli. Ne rigoles pas !!!!
Je lui ai écris hier soir. J’ai fouillé partout et j’ai retrouvé dans mes éléments envoyés un mail que je n’avais pas supprimé. 2h plus tard il me repondait.
J’étais avec Tuna, et je pensais à Brad ! p*** de m*** c’est pas normal ça ! J’ai honte L
J’ai l’impression que Tuna ne m’entend pas. Il se rappellait vaguement de mon scanner d’aujourd’hui, et ne m’a même pas souhaité bonne chance ce matin. D’ailleurs il n’a même pas vu qu’hier soir je me suis murée dans le silence, car je pensais/paniquais pour aujourd’hui.
Je suis plutôt bien entourée sinon, c’est vrai, mais c’était à Brad que j’avais envie de « me plaindre ».
Sa réponse fût comme je l’attendais : Des mots réconfortants, de l’humour, de l’attention …
Je lui avais demandé si nous pouvions « discuter » sans parler de nos vies amoureuses, sans titillement de part et d’autre, avoir une conversation simple. Il a joué son rôle à la perfection. J’espère que nous pourrons continuer ainsi.
Je suis perdue Grégory.
Depuis ta mort, je n’ai pas envie d’être seule et en même temps lorsque je suis accompagnée j’men fou … c’est nul.
Il y a seulement 2 moments où j’ai ressenti quelque chose. En janvier lorsque P.. m’a pris dans ses bras, j’ai eu les petits papillons dans le ventre, ça m’avait fait tout bizarre à l’époque comme si c’était la première fois, et en juillet avec Brad où là c’était *whaou* dés les premiers instants.
Alors malheureusement ces situations ne sont pas vécues de la même façons des 2 côtés.
C’est chiant, c’est nul, j’en ai marre !
Tu ne pourrais pas t’arranger pour que je tombe amoureuse d’un mec, pour qui je serais …une fille comme jamais il a rencontré ?! La fille quoi !
Et surtout que ça soit réciproque, ne me mets pas devant le nez un mec dont je ne ressentirais rien.
Nous deux s’était simple : On s’aimait ou on s’entretuait. Au moins il n’y avait pas de demi mesure n’est ce pas ?! :p (Rigoles pas, je te vois déjà sourire bêtement, idiot *sourire*)
De toute manière tu sais quoi ?! J’ai pris une bonne résolution, tu vas être étonné.
Si avec Tuna ça ne fonctionne pas, je fais une pause, une vraie ! Je reste seule !!!
Mais si je vais y arriver, tu verras … Alors si je fais l’effort, tu joues le jeu toi aussi, ok ?!
Parce qu’en ce moment je me dis que tu dois bien te marrer là haut ….
