Numbers
My post is dedicated to numbers. Why? I don't know. Had this planned out better in my head. Anyway. Let's start off with something simple with the number 510.
510:
Today's date, of course! May 10th. Understand how this post is written? Let's move on.
1:
One is for the amount of creme brulee I consumed yesterday. I love cracking open the sugared shell top and eating it right out of the oven! My mom made some yesterday, and it's delicious!
2:
Two is for the number of days I've been on summer vacation! My last exam was this past Thursday and my GPA stayed the same. My grades kind of sucked this semester, but who the hell cares about GPA? It's not like, at a job interview, they ask for your GPA. It's kind of a goal for myself, I suppose.
4:
Four is for the number of days the Roofers have been at my house. It sounds like they're shooting canons on the top of the roof. Their canon-like alarm clock wakes me up at 8 in the freakin' morning. If it hadn't been raining, they'd be finished by now!
Four also stands for the amount of sleep (in hours) I had last night and another night earlier this week. I learned my lesson: no more diet pepsi
5:
Five is for the amount of pounds I've lost this month. The scale told me six pounds this morning, but weight fluctuates and I know that 6th pound isn't official, yet. I'm eating less meat and more seafood (especially for dinner---I've been having fish, brown rice, and veggies). Very healthy and light. It works. And I'm feeling so good! I can't wait to lose more. Gym tomorrow!

Ten is for the auditorium number I watched Iron Man in tonight! Amazing movie, wonderful picture, and awesome music. I give Iron Man three thumbs up (because, well, three thumbs would be extraordinary...)
Ten also stands for ten fingers: I got a manicure today and had my nails painted red!

Twenty-nine is the page number la femme opening reception advertisement is featured inNYLON JUXTAPOZ magazine. I discovered a new artist whom I'm in love with. Marguerite Sauvage is an amazing artist and illustrator, and I attempted to sketch one of her works.

Actually, 5/9 stands for the date I drew this sketch of a lovely mansion found through flickr photos. It's fun practicing, you know? I'm especially obsessed with finding beautiful photos on flickr and sketching them into my moleskine.

Sixty is an approximate number of minutes I spent playing MarioKart with my buddy. And then I played Mario Galaxy. The Wii is super fun. Someone needs to buy me it... >.>

1119 stands for 11:19pm. I'm ready to go to bed; I keep dozing!

Wiii! I love love love Wii! I'll substitute Wii for gym anyday! I like the wii fitness thing and the yoga one too - love it. And your new sketches are stunning! I'd love to be able to look at a picture and draw it but that's not gonna happen this lifetime!

It's so opposite; I can't imagine it being winter right now. I'd be a mess if I moved to Australia! Lol.

Creme brulee is yummy, it's like custard pudding.
I'm excited that your first taste of creme brulee will be in my honor (haha). It's so yummy, like a custard pudding! But tiramisu is still at the very top of favorites!
